Built to meet the demands of high gain amplifiers the G12T-75 combines a huge, tightly controlled low-end and aggressive mid-range, with a softened top-end that adds a welcome sweetness to overdrive distortion alongside aggressive upper harmonics.
I actually love these speakers with a modern Marshall (for example our JCM2000 custom) especially if they’re paired with another pair of more 'mid-prominent’ speakers (e.g. Vintage 30s or G12M-65 Creambacks).
As part of our reference collection we’ve got these beauties installed in a JCM2000 Cab with a pair of Celestion “Silver Series” G12M-60’s, however we can easily run them alongside any pair of our other Celestions for you to try.
